- Meet or exceed state and federal requirements for healthcare facility construction.
UTILITY COORDINATION
- Interface with public and private utilities to ensure proper service is available at your building site.
- Seek the most advanced service available to lower operating costs and provide the latest technology for data and information transfer.
LAND ACQUSITION & OR LEASE REVIEW
- Assist in site selection and development.
- Consult with you regarding the purchasing or the leasing of land.
FINANCE
- Assist in providing project pro formas and support material for financing.
- Offer ownership options up to 40% if the client qualifies.
- Own the facility and lease back to tenant.
